Monthly Payments
Initial Payment + 11 post dated cheques for the monthly fees
(Initial Payment is Registration Fee + Competition Fee + Clothing Package + First Month Tuition)

$10 off second child monthly fees

REFUND POLICY

1. The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Uniform Fee – NON-REFUNDABLE after September 30th
3. Clothing Package – NON-REFUNDABLE 14 Days after Registration
3. A $50.00 administration fee applies to ALL refunds.
4. Fees will be refunded according to the following schedule

  • 100% of remaining fees, up to September 15th
  • 75% of remaining fees, up to November 15th
  • 50% of remaining fees, up to January 15th
  • NO refund after February 15th

All refund requests MUST BE MADE IN WRITING to Sharon Hollingsworth
(sharon@cheerforcewolfpack.com) before any fees can be reimbursed.
